Hand cut papel picado bunting for Day of the Dead Decor. Made out of card stock and ribbon or jute string. Packed flat ready to string. 17 flags, one for each letter in papel picado style. It can be strung in 3 layers as in the pictures or in one long continuous line. This is a perfect little sign to keep using every year! As it’s made of card it isn’t flimsy like tissue paper.
